CLAIMS & RETURNS
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. In the event, that your product arrives damaged, defective or there are missing parts, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at email@example.com or 1-416-319-4191 and we will work with you to make it right. Claims reported after the 24-hour notification period will not be considered eligible for replacement or refund. Please keep all original packaging while we process your claim.
Outside conditions beyond the control of Bettencourt Manor and its’ affiliated shipping partners can affect the life expectancy of any product and Bettencourt Manor does not assume or offer any warranty on products.
The majority of décor accessories are Vintage, and some signs of wear are expected. We do our best to showcase the condition of each piece through high res images and product details. If you have any questions or require further information on a product, please contact us for assistance before purchasing as all Vintage products are final sale.
Refunds and exchanges must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org or returned in-store within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received. Return shipping costs are at the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment form and can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited. If original payment form is no longer available, a store credit will be issued. Returned product(s) are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Product(s) being returned that were eligible for free shipping will be refunded at the price paid minus total order shipping cost and 25% re-stocking fee.
The following are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, Wall Art, Textiles (including Pillows), Wallpaper, Vintage, Sale Product, Seasonal Decor, Commercial Orders and Custom Orders.
