We offer FREE shipping on all on-line orders over $200 in Canada!
Listed pricing for products in store does not include shipping or are eligible for free shipping, unless otherwise noted.

Please note that shipments outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
STANDARD GROUND SERVICE
We work with the best shipping companies in Canada and USA to ensure every item arrives safely. We offer Standard Ground service for most of our products and delivery timing is based on location. Standard Ground deliveries are made between Monday to Friday (holidays excluded) and may require a signature upon receipt. Products ordered together may not arrive together.
Larger products are delivered curbside only unless White Glove Service is selected and available depending on delivery location.
WHITE GLOVE SERVICE
We offer White Glove Service through our service partners within most major cities, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom quote on this service and availability. White Glove Service includes delivery inside to a room of your choice, unpacking and removal of packaging. Assembly service may be available depending on service partner. Please note that our White Glove Service partners do not move or remove any existing furniture from your home. Product placement and passageway must be clear prior to delivery.

All pricing is in Canadian dollars and sales tax is calculated based on delivery Province. For Canadian residents who are exempt from sales taxes, please contact us and we will assist with completing your purchase. Proof of exemption must be provided and in the name of the purchaser. Credit card or alternative payment option must match purchaser’s name.
Full payment is required before product enters the shipping process, no exceptions.
We strive to ship all orders within the specified time frame as noted in the details of each product. If for any reason, the product(s) ordered needs to ship after the time frame specified or is no longer available, we will advise immediately and adjust the order accordingly.
Delivery timing varies based on product size and location, generally delivery for Canadian orders is within 5-7 business days (holidays excluded) from the time it is shipped. Larger and heavier furniture items may take up to 3 - 4 weeks depending on location.
A shipping notice email will be sent with carrier and tracking information.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
To change or cancel a recent order placed, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, therefore we can not change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Shipping process commences once orders are transmitted to our suppliers.
STORE PICKUP ORDERS
We kindly ask that all orders placed for store pickup are picked up within one week of purchase. Should you require additional time please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Any order that has not been picked up within 1 month of purchase will start accumulating storage fees of 20% per month from date of purchase. Any items that have not been picked up within 6 months will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
